Colourfull nights 2007 * May 24th Thursday - "Pussies Love House" by MC Meliah & Miss Thunderpussy Dj Sied van Riel Dropped into this world back in 78, Rotterdam's son Sied van Riel smashed into dance scene in early 2006. The former Dutch hardcore champion turned from a local hero to one of Europe's most sought after producers within a year. It took a decade to find out where the riel passion flows till he discovered the emotions he was looking for in progressive and trance, and basically fell in love with it. Sied van Riel's debut release FEARLESS, signed to Miika Kuisma's Finish Label Subtraxx, spotted the up-and-coming right in the middle of playlists from major spinners like Tisto, Markus Schulz or Above & Beyond. The follow up MY DREAMS on Expedition Music captivated the elite again, Paul van Dyk hooked it up to his ?World?s Number One Victory DJ MAG TOP 100 mix! His warm, deep and driving productions conquered great response so it's no wonder that remix requests flooded the Spijkenisse back office immediately. Wherever you turn in '007 you'll see his name! A remix for Miika Kuisma's ONE STEP BEHIND THE MANKIND on the Finnish label Subtraxx, a mix for Adam White's debut release on the UK label Emalodic called NEVER TELL WHAT YOU THINK, US based label Real Music engaged him to rework Italian's Amex SPIRALS, a Jan Johnston remix with colleague DJ Dazzle for Belgium's F-Active Music, SvR's hands on Arctic Quest ft Anita Kelsey SHATTERED DREAMS for Amsterdam's Expedition Music, a driving Booty of the German classic Tomcraft LONELINESS is blowing roofs everywhere with plays by the usual suspects and last but not least he signed his new release CHANGING PLACES to mighty Spinnin' Records! Regular radio shows on Paul van Dyk's station VONYC.com, South Africa's Sound Republic Radio and the Greek Danceradio FM as well as several guest performances as for Tillmann Uhrmacher's Sunshine Live Maximal, Menno DeJongs Intuition Radio and many more gained an even bigger SvR Music friends and fan base. Behind the decks you found him in the Netherlands dropping the needle at events like INTUITON NIGHTS, he rocked Belgium, took over Istanbul, Antalya and Cyprus and joined Tiesto's 'In Search of Sunrise 5 Tour' with great success! Expect a promising future from a guy who is reflecting his personality and history, emotions and state of mind unfiltered and pure in productions and DJ sets. If you want to know who the man behind the music is just listen carefully and recognize - Sied 'Fo' Riel is here to stay! Biography Amber D has gone from rising star to super star in next to no time. Selected as a Mixmag Future Hero in 2004 she has since been on the fast track into the UK DJing elite, appearing on the cover of M8 Magazine, having a four page feature in Mixmag, as well as mixing the 'Hard Dance Republic' and ‘Tidy Weekender 8’ CDs before being selected to showcase her sounds for the best selling Euphoria brand as part of the summer 2005 ‘Tidy Euphoria’ CD. Amber’s meteoric rise to fame has come on the back of devastating DJ sets at clubs around the UK, with her crowd pleasing tunes, amazing technical skills on the decks, not to mention her stunning looks all winning her over an army of fans that have grown with her career path, from early appearances at Golden and Goodgreef to headline sets at every leading hard dance event around the UK, including Polysexual, Frantic, Time Flies, Wildchild, Slinky, The Coach, Storm, Garlands, Dance Academy, Tranzaction, Room At The Top and Twisted to name but a few, culminating in summer festival appearances at Godskitchen Global Gathering, Creamfields and Tidy Weekender. During 2005 the rest of the global clubbing community followed the UK's lead, with Amber the undisputed star of Extreme vs Tidy in Ibiza season in the summer, then key festival appearances at Dance Valley and Strike One in Holland, plus further overseas dates in Ireland, Russia, Bahrain, USA, Australia and New Zealand all resulting in the same response - dancefloor destruction and hyped-up crowds demanding to know when Amber will be back in town. A sure sign of Amber's arrival in the DJing elite came in October 2005 with her first BBC Radio 1 Essential Mix broadcast live from the decks to an audience of millions around the globe. A further radio appearance followed on the Judge Jules International Show, and with a spot on the Radio 1 Residency series in the pipeline, Amber looks set to rock the radio waves every bit as much as club land as we move into 2006 and beyond.
